    "content": "The purpose of this amendment is to create qualifications of seven years of experience for persons to be nominated as members of the County Physical Planning Liaison Committee and to ensure that persons nominated to the County Physical Planning Liaison Committee are competent and highly experienced. It further seeks to provide that a maximum of five persons can be co-opted to the Liaison Committee to avoid leaving the option of co-opting many persons who may render the operations of the committee inefficient."
