    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I support and with your guidance probably we could expand and include other significant security installations. I look, for example, at the CID headquarters. I do not know if in the wisdom of the Leader of the Majority Party it is included. They are obviously controlled centres in terms of ICT and related issues. I do not know whether at this point in the legislation making we can expand that definition to include quite sensitive security installations from scrutiny by the planning processes."
