    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, even where the contractors are able to drill the boreholes especially in Kilelengwani area of Kipini Division,Tana River County, there is a lot of salty water coming up. This has resulted into a lot of wastage. Has the Minister considered setting aside some money to do proper hydrological surveys and map the Tana River County? This is because we have a problem in that county. The assumption has been that since we have a river we are okay and yet we are not. We have huge areas which have problems. Has the Minister set aside some funds for the maps so that when the Government allocates funds for drilling, proper results are obtained?"
