    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman for this opportunity. My only concern is that planning as a discipline has very specific terms used all over the world. I feel in as much as we want to localise our planning procedures and practices, there are some honoured terminologies which we should not tamper with. Probably, we can retain the term “regional plans” but then redefine it in the context of our local situation."
