    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, you can see the Chair and Vice-Chair of the Departmental Committee on Lands are seated next to me. They are taking ages to bring the Report of the Land Value Index Laws (Amendment) Bill to the House. I want to tell them that you will reprimand them as per the Standing Orders. This Bill is more important to the Executive and Government than even the Physical Planning Bill. So, I want to ask Hon. Nyamai, as we defer this Bill to go on HANSARD and tell the House when she will table that Report. It is now close to about two months."
