I am a victim of being caught up in the rains while I was travelling from my constituency in Kisii County. Upon reaching Mai Mahiu, vehicles could not pass. The road had cracked into two parts and several other commuters and I left our vehicles. This was 10.00 p.m. in the night and we walked in search of safety."
