    "content": "In the most modern western countries of this world, access to pornography is regulated. In the United Kingdom, you cannot simply pick up a phone and access pornography. Indeed, if you are an adult, you need to request your Internet Service Provider (ISP) server to allow you to access it. In this country, for any tablet, phone and any child who is able to use a telecommunication gadget can access pornography, hence the justification for this amendment."
