    "content": "This is in regard to cyberbullying and cyberstalking. I went through the same legislation in the United Kingdom and they include the words “of indecent or grossly offensive nature”. I remember parliamentarians stating in this House how they would get pictures on WhatsApp of grossly offensive and indecent nature, which has an effect on the person receiving them."
