    "content": "seize the data in question; or (c) direct the police officer or authorised person to: (i) search any person identified in the warrant; (ii) enter and search any premises identified in the warrant; or (iii) search any person found on or at such premises. The clause lays down procedures that a law enforcement officer must follow to obtain a search warrant to conduct a search or seizure of stored data. This is to make the process of acquiring a search warrant that will support timely and effective decision, investigation and prosecution of computer and cybercrimes and respect rights to fair administration as enshrined in the Fair Administrative Action Act. This is in line with the preamble and recommendations of the Budapest Convention and the Paper by Collin County Bar on the Cybercrimes Act, 2015 in Jamaica. Thank you, Hon. Chairman."
