    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, for allowing me this chance. We are particularly aggrieved as women that a woman has been discriminated against. Mrs. Shebesh has just read to us the Constitution, which I believe is the highest authority in the land. Is there a law then that is higher than the Constitution that should be taken into account even if it concerns the army? This girl deserves to go back to the army. As three hon. Members have already said, normal monthly periods should not be used to prevent a woman from joining the military. That is part of fertility. It is part of building the nation!"
