    "content": "I was simply saying that when we were coming up with this kind of amendment, we consulted security experts amongst ourselves. As opposed to looking at the comfort of the suspect, we should look at the bigger picture. Once you give them an opportunity to copy, it is their business. They should have a copy of what they are doing. Even in modern ICT setup, whatever you are doing is copied in some disc somewhere. This amendment is proper.
