    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, the clause lays down procedures that a law enforcement officer must follow to acquire and execute a production order for data. The Committee proposes to replace the entire clause with a proposed amendment to make the process of acquisition of a production order in a manner that will promote timely and effective detection, investigation and prosecution of computer and cybercrimes and respects rights to fair administration as enshrined under the Fair Administrative Action Act, in line with the preamble and recommendation on the Budapest Convention and a Paper in the Commonwealth Journal by Colleen Bar on the Cybercrimes Act of 2015 of Jamaica.
