Temporary Deputy Chairman, because we have already taken the amendments by the Chair of the Committee on Administration and National Security, mine was to delete Clauses 4 and 6 because of the offences. It was an offence in the Constitution, but these amendments have enhanced them so that they do not offend in any way. Basically, we will live with it because there is nothing offensive to the law."
