    "content": "It was just adding more functions, but I can still move it. I will move that further amendment. Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, the proposed amendment to New Clause 3C by the Member for Kiambaa Constituency, Hon. Paul Koinange, be further amended by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (i) appearing in sub-clause (1)— “(ia) develop a framework for training on prevention, detection and mitigation of computer and cybercrimes and matters connected thereto;” The import of this is just to improve on the functions which have been deliberated on by the Departmental Committee on Communication, Information and Innovation, to develop a framework for training on prevention, detection and mitigation of computer and cybercrimes and matters connected thereto. It is that straightforward."
