I beg to move; THAT, the Bill be amended in the long title by inserting the words “prohibition, prevention, response,” immediately after the word “detection”. In the other amendments we made, prevention is a key thing. We do not wait for offences to be committed. We want to make it explicit in the objects of the Bill that we need prohibition, prevention and response so that it is in congruence with the other amendments we have already made in the Bill."
