    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for the opportunity to contribute to this Motion. I came from Tigania West this morning and I ran away because the situation is impossible for me to handle because the effects of the rains are too much. There are floods all over, people have lost property, houses and livestock. They have been displaced. There is destruction of infrastructure and bridges have been washed away. I speak from a region that is not very famous with the Red Cross. Most of the time, the Red Cross does not respond to some of these areas. They may not know what is happening in Tigania West. I have more than seven locations which have already been affected and more than 300 families have been displaced.
