Member, it is quite clear that he has not been briefed on all the facts. The letter he has tabled relates to the first case of fraud. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, subsequently, this particular individual, Mr. Misigo Abraham, was involved in another case of fraud. It is on the basis of the second case of fraud that the dismissal action was taken."
