I know the House Business Committee passed a resolution that there will be a Morning Sitting tomorrow at 9.30 a.m. Therefore, you know your Speaker always has these things at his fingertips. As you know, it is His Excellency the President to interchange between English and Kiswahili. So, he was not out of order."
