    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, I also wish to thank my friend and colleague, the Member for Loima, for presenting this Petition. I want to echo the sentiments of Hon. Kathuri Murungi. Even as we petition the national Government to help the people in terms of the provision of basic facilities, requirements or necessities such as water, we must be alive to the fact that the county governments have now come of age. We could have excused them in the first term but currently, the county governments should be in a position to prioritise for their people what needs to be done."
