    "content": "It is also imperative that this House insists that the National Treasury tables these Estimates together so that as we consider the Annual Estimates, we also consider the Equalisation Fund Estimates to avoid a situation like the one we are in now where we have to revote because in the last financial year, we were only able to appropriate this money too close to the end of the financial year. Therefore, the agencies that were implementing these projects were not able to do so and absorb this money before the end of the financial year."
