    "content": "I want to assure the House that our Committee is seized of this matter. We will hold to account the people who are charged with the responsibility of administering the Equalisation Fund to ensure that even the money that has been set aside for Recurrent Expenditure is accounted for. You can imagine that the CRA still comes back to this House to get funds. For instance, the administrator of the Equalisation Fund should fund the CRA or the activities geared towards the development of the marginalisation policy other than re-appropriating more money to the constitutional commission for that work."
