"content": "Secondly, the CRA is coming up with a new policy yet we have not received a single shilling from this Fund. They should at least give us the first bunch, which we are now appropriating. I agree that it needs to be reinforced, so that we do not have to keep on coming here. I was very happy because I thought this was another allocation from the first one. Apparently, it is just re-routing it to make sure that we use this money, which means it is the first allocation that we have to keep on appropriating.
