I rise on a point of order to inform the House that the Departmental Committee on Environment and Natural Resources has a report that is ready to be tabled by Hon. Chachu Ganya. I think we should allow Hon. Chachu Ganya to table the report, so that Members do not start debating an issue that is already seized by the Committee. I think it will help this House than just raise issues that actually can be solved by the report, which is already with the Departmental Committee on Environmental and Natural Resources."
