But Section 19(b) of the Constituencies Development Fund on the amount to be given says that we should use the National Poverty Index. Now, the National Poverty Index is normally by the Ministry of State for Planning, National Development and Vision 2030. We were using the earlier one. Now that this one is released, I do not know see how the Ministry can avoid using this one."
