However, on the basis of this Motion, the end part of which is asking that the Economic Survey of 2005/2006 should not be used, it would appear to contradict Section 19. I am saying upfront that I would welcome a new survey. But it looks the compromise is we use the survey now released and then we call for another survey immediately."
