    "content": " Hon Senators, I would like to acknowledge the presence, in the Speaker’s Gallery this afternoon, of visiting officers from the county assemblies of Taita Taveta, Kilifi, Marsabit, Nandi, Bomet, Mandera, Kisii, West Pokot, Murang’a, Meru, Machakos, Busia, Nyeri and Homa Bay who are currently undertaking the County Legislative Attachment Programme. In our usual tradition of receiving and welcoming visitors to Parliament, I extend a warm welcome to them and, on behalf of the Senate and on my own behalf, wish them a fruitful visit. I thank you.
