    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I did not raise an allegation. I read the statement the Chairman gave to Sen. Khaniri. On Page 2, he says; “On realising the inmates were likely to escape during the fracas, prison officers fired in the air.” This is in his statement. Then he goes on to say; “In the process of firing in the air, people were injured on the pelvis and another one on the shoulder.” That does not add up."
