That is an area that we also need to look at. Before I conclude, I wish to talk about rain water harvesting. If we want to manufacture we must provide the inputs and some of them are agricultural. We need to implement rain water harvesting policies. If they are not there, we need to legislate and come up with mandatory rain water harvesting policies, especially when constructing houses.
