    "content": "Thank you Mr. Speaker, Sir. The committee further invited the CS to appear before it on Tuesday, 6th March, 2018 and he appeared. At the sitting, the CS presented that he could not respond to the issues of television shut down as there was a civil case before the courts and that would amount to a subjudice.
