    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I thank you for the opportunity. I rise to congratulate His Excellency the President for a well-researched presentation that he gave us in the House. The President did a thorough analysis of the past; where we have come from and pointed to where we are going in the next five years. The past has had its challenges as outlined in the speech of His Excellency the President but there is a lot of hope in the future.
