    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, I thank you for giving me this opportunity to add my voice to this Motion. The President’s Speech was well researched and thought out. First of all, he started by reminding all the legislators that they are representatives of the people in this House. Therefore, we have a role to play. Secondly, one very special thing that the President mentioned was the fact that devolution is succeeding.
