    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I do not know why my Chairman would subject the Speaker to this. Article 125 of our Constitution is very clear. So, the Chairman, in his capacity and the Committee, has the powers to call for evidence. He does not have to come on the Floor of the House and ask the Chair to do what he is supposed to do as the Chairman.
