Is the Chairperson of the Senate Committee on Lands and Natural Resources in order to say that I am a nuisance when I raise an issue of capacity? Those issues have been pending for a very long time. He should have gotten substantive answers for them. I think you should rule him out of order for using unparliamentarily language."
