    "content": "The Assumption of Office of the County Governor Bill (Senate Bills No.1 of 2018) and; The National Flag, Emblems and Names (Amendment) Bill (Senate Bills No.8 of 2018) I continue to urge Standing Committees to submit reports on Bills referred to them to facilitate the House to effectively navigate the Committee of the Whole on Bills. Furthermore, I urge all Committees to dispense with the petitions pending before them within the requisite timelines. Mr. Speaker, Sir, lastly, I take this opportunity to welcome Senators back form recess and wish them an industrious and fruitful second part of this Session.
