    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, thank you for giving me this opportunity to make comments on the President’s speech. We the Minority do not have to make negative comments for the sake of it. However, as Members of the Opposition, it is very important that we do our work, whether the handshake is there or not. We are in the Opposition and we must put the Government on check. The President made a very good speech and I am in agreement with most of what he said, of course with some reservations.
