    "content": "for statements and for the issuance of statements under Standing Order No.46(2)(b) of the Standing Orders of the Senate shall be deferred. It is important that I clarify that this does not affect statements provided for under Standing Order No.46 (a), (c) and (d). As such, in the interim, Senators may consider taking advantage of the provisions of Standing Order No.46(2)(a) of the Standing Orders of the Senate which allow Senators to make a statement on county issues or on an issue of general topical concern to raise any issues that may arise within their respective counties or that are of general topical concerns.
