Can we, as Kenyans, enforce the legislation that we have so that we can hold individuals responsible in this country? For example, Mr. Patel is at large. We have set precedence in this country where the first thing we announce is, arrest the person responsible for that disaster. For sure, Mr. Patel has pocketed everybody in Nakuru County. Sen.
