There was an order for repeat census in certain areas. However, some Kenyans in those areas arrogantly said that if the repeat census were to happen, they would have to count people from the air, and the matter ended there. This is common knowledge and the cases were in court. The Minister is also still living and is the current Governor of Kakamega County. He can give you the facts if you need them.
