    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. From the onset, I want to support what Sen. Sakaja has brought to this House. As the Chairperson of the Committee on Devolution and Intergovernmental Relations, I want to assure him that I will take seriously what he has said. I will invite the Cabinet Secretary (CS) involved so that he can shed more light. I want to be very honest that we are not getting water and when one does, it is very expensive. I am finding milk a bit cheaper than water. Therefore, in the near future, I am wondering whether I will be showering with water or milk."
