    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I am not a stranger in Ukambani. I was a District Medical Officer of Health in Machakos. Nzambani is not in Machakos but in Mutito. So, when the Minister tells this House that she spent Kshs3.2 million on a project called Nzambani in Machakos Town, she is misleading the House because the project does not exist on the ground. She should tell us where she took the money that she supposedly spent on the Nzambani project in Machakos Town."
