    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I cannot help but comment on this, in support of Sen. Sakaja’s concern. The distinguished Senator for Meru, who is the Vice Chair of the Committee, started by saying that he was going to shed light. He has ended up with a cloud of darkness on the issue. This is because, if we are now looking at audits of 2013/2014, then our oversight role is completely lost. Even focusing on pending bills is not an audit. We are not auditing what has not been spent or paid. We are auditing what has been badly spent. Those are the bills already paid.
