I am surprised that the Vice Chair of CPAIC has told us to go appealing, wailing, kind of looking nice to people we are supposed to be inspecting according to the Constitution. We are supposed to be monitoring. It is very unfortunate. This House must live up to its responsibility and show that we are following up on the use of money that is voted for the improvement of this country.
