    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I am happy that Sen. (Prof.) Kamar brought this issue because today it was top on our agenda in our committee meeting. In fact, we have asked the Ministry to come and explain to the Committee what exactly is happening. I concur with the other contributors that this is not a new problem. The issue about the NCPB has been there for some time.
