    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, in all public schools, there are always arrangements for our children to learn Kiswahili. Some schools reserve one day for speaking Kiswahili the whole day, and maybe English will be spoken for four days, and so on. Those are mechanism put in place to ensure that children learn Kiswahili. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, this Motion should go a notch higher; become a bill and eventually a law so that we can have positive impact on the education of hearing impaired children. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, with those remarks, I beg to move and request Sen. Faki to second the Motion."
