    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I support the Motion, not only in the area of Kiswahili, but on all areas that can improve the lives of our people, especially the children who are now growing to be the leaders of the nation. We should improve their lives and lifestyles in whatever way possible. One major way of doing this is making them to be full citizens, to participate and to hear, because it is a gift that God would want us to give these children.
