    "content": "My short answer to this is that I support the Petition of the Governor of Uasin Gishu but I also ask us, and particularly, the Committee on Health and as Parliament, we expeditiously move to deal with this issue which has been pending in the National Assembly. It came to our Committee on Health in the Senate. Now it has gone back to the National Assembly. Soon it will come to this Committee. We must navigate through these issues and ensure that the matters are discussed."
