The disaster occurred because of the disorganization by the management of those events. I would like to seek clarification on whether the Ministry is really in charge. In the past we have seen busy bodies like the Football Kenya Ltd. (FKL) giving orders and ultimatums. We have even seen other quarters hiring the coach of the national team, Harambee Stars. Is the Ministry really in charge?"
