"content": "Hon. Members, I wish to remind the House that debate on this Motion commenced before we went on recess and a total of 34 Members had contributed. For avoidance of doubt, so that the same Members do not speak, I take the liberty to read out the names of all those Members that contributed. That does not mean you walk out after that. You should also listen to what your colleagues will be saying. The Leader of the Majority Party spoke in moving the Motion, Hon. ole Sankok seconded, and the following Members made their contributions to that Motion. Hon. Hulufo Oda, Hon. Timothy Wanyonyi, Hon. It was important for me to read out the names because I can see in the list of those who want to speak is Hon. Gitonga Murugara and Hon. Sankok, who have already spoken.
