    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I want to start by condoling you and your family for the loss of your mother, which happened while we were on recess. I would like to contribute to the President’s Address, which was delivered during the month of May. I will start by recognising what he said in paragraph 13. He said he was aware that there are people in his office who are using public funds for their own benefit. This giant and devil called corruption has been in our headlines, minds and hearts. As Kenyans, we are saying enough is enough."
