However, while they have done a good job to prepare these documents, could the Assistant Minister inform the House what programmes they have in place to ensure that Kenyans know what is in these reports, so that remedial measures can be taken? That is because it is one thing to prepare good reports, but it is another thing for Kenyans to know what is in them."
